What will I be doing at Ather?
Supervise and oversee the strategy, planning and execution of the Ather’s customer experience goals.
Mapping customer journey, identify opportunities to proactively intervene on customer’s behalf.
Collaborating across functions & on ground teams, consistently developing & delivering great end-to-end experience across stages, channels, and touchpoints in the customer journey.
Collecting, analysing, and interpreting customer & stakeholder voice, to identify requirements and insights useful in bettering customer experience.
Driving a passionate, customer-centric culture within the company; partnering cross- functionally and influencing the company's product roadmap to positively impact customer experience
Taking ownership of key performance indicators at different stages of the customer journey.
To sum it all up, You will be championing CX: building, managing and scaling great unparalleled customer experience.
What kind of experience & skills do I need for this role?
4-5 years in Customer Experience Management (consumer facing product management roles preferred)
Above all, loves a challenge
