What will I be doing at Ather?

  • Supervise and oversee the strategy, planning and execution of the Ather’s customer experience goals.

  • Mapping customer journey, identify opportunities to proactively intervene on customer’s behalf.

  • Collaborating across functions & on ground teams, consistently developing & delivering great end-to-end experience across stages, channels, and touchpoints in the customer journey.

  • Collecting, analysing, and interpreting customer & stakeholder voice, to identify requirements and insights useful in bettering customer experience.

  • Driving a passionate, customer-centric culture within the company; partnering cross- functionally and influencing the company's product roadmap to positively impact customer experience

  • Taking ownership of key performance indicators at different stages of the customer journey.

  • To sum it all up, You will be championing CX: building, managing and scaling great unparalleled customer experience.

What kind of experience & skills do I need for this role?

  • 4-5 years in Customer Experience Management (consumer facing product management roles preferred)

  • Above all, loves a challenge
