What you’ll do at Ather:

  • Managing the leads and enquiring of bulk sales and ensuring conversion by optimum methods.

  • Drive the complex negotiations staying within the scope of the company's policies.

  • Develop and maintain working relationships with the various stakeholders in various organizations for repeat business opportunities.

  • Keep close track on post sales activities like service, warranty, charging infra requirements etc so that customer satisfaction and retention is ensured.

  • Contribute to overall sales target with easy customer acquisition and lower enquiry generation cost.

  • Track Competition & their activities

  • Creating daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plans and strategies along with the channel sales team.

Here’s what we are looking for:

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development,  preferable from Automotive, Technology or Retail background

  • A postgraduate or graduate degree in Business or Engineering

  • Strong negotiation and networking skills.

  • Someone with a lot of patience to be able manage complex deals.

  • A good understanding of automobiles and EV technology will be a definite plus
