you’ll be our: City Manager you’ll be based at: Experience Center, Chennai you’ll be Aligned with: Head- Sales & Retail Operations you’ll be A member of:Retail What you’ll do at Ather: Manage retail, sales operations, and demand generation Drive pre-order and test ride targets for the city Manage the day-to-day sales operations and ensure that everything from pre-order to delivery operates smoothly by guiding and mentoring the team that is executing these operations Own all the demand generation activities in the city; this includes events, on-ground activations, off-location test rides, etc. Ensure payment collection from customers and delivery of the scooter with high satisfaction levels. Ensure that the projected volume plan is achieved Manage the warehouse operations in the city. This includes the inventory management and coordination with the central factory warehouse for movement of vehicles Drive the Ather Space team to ensure a seamless and superior customer experience Drive the delivery targets for the city and achievement of volume plan Close working with Customer Service for any changes in communication/ customer issues etc Coordination with marketing for Events, Communication changes etc. Ensure that the retail experience in the Experience Centre is great every time Ensure that the delivery experience Voice Of Customers is great. Here’s what we are looking for: Ability to understand customer needs and exceed their expectations A fair understanding of automobiles and EV technology will be a definite plus Should have handled a team of 4 to 5 members You bring to Ather: A postgraduate or graduate degree in Business or Engineering from a Tier I/Tier II institute Work experience of 6-10 years
