What you’ll do at Ather: 

• Manage multiple products/tools across business verticals

• Own requirements gathering and elicitation from customers and internal stakeholders for assigned systems

• End-to-end solution design and prioritization to satisfy customer and internal needs

• Maintain backlogs and product roadmaps for multiple systems

• Create wireframes/storyboards/concept proofs for ideas to solve problems

• Create user stories for the engineering team to implement

• Follow the product design process to improve visibility and collaboration

• Implement  all external software(outsourced or off-the-shelf)

• Validate the developed features for compliance to specs

Here’s what we are looking for: 

• Previous product experience preferably in a B2C software company

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and programs

• Strong aesthetic/design sensibilities

• Great analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong inclination towards Customer Experience

• Startup experience or roles that involved handling multiple aspects of a business will be a bonus

• Understanding of web/mobile technology stacks. Prior coding experience will be a bonus

You bring to Ather: 

• A background in computer science, with 2-5 yrs relevant experience
