Liase with departments across the organization like sales, marketing, operations, accounting and product to understand the activities and put budgets / rolling forecasts in place.
Own and manage the opex/capex aspects of the business plan.
Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
Perform variance analysis to determine how the budget and/or rolling forecast compare against actual performance. Use that variance data to analyse how to improve performance, minimize risk and costs or capture new opportunities.
Work with Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports.Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
Be a part of special projects like process implementation and optimization, market research, capital allocation.
Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team.
